• Washer and Dryer may be replaced with like value washer, dryer if needed.

• Budget Appliance Rental reserves right to verify employment/income

• Agreement governed by Texas state law

• Monthly rental payments will be automatically charged to your credit card / or secondary credit card

• Late payment fee of $20 after 10 days

• Early termination requires 30 days notice plus $49 fee
